Jr NTR Ran Away With Fear

NTR junior is known as the young tiger and true to this title, he has always shown dynamism and courage in anything he does. However, it is now heard that he has been getting shivers from one person and that is why he is running away with fear.
That man is none other than Dasari Narayana Rao. After having come up with the massive disaster ‘Parama Veera Chakra’ it is now heard that Dasari is keen on commencing his 151st directorial venture and this time, the Darsakaratna is reportedly gunning on NTR junior as the hero.
While ‘Babai’ Balayya was naïve enough to fall in the hands of Dasari, the cine folks say that junior is sharp enough and that is why he is reportedly keeping his distance away from Dasari. Some also say that he has been using the name of ‘Shakti’ as a shield and running away from Dasari. Only time will tell who will win this cat and mouse race.

Dasari finishes Heroine's career

Dasari finishes Heroine's careerIf you thought that the veteran director Dasari Narayana Rao has successfully wiped out whatever credit Nandamuri Balakrishna got from his 'Simha' then here is another one. The cine folks are saying that due to Dasari's 'Parama Veera Chakra' whatever little hope heroine Sheela had to revive her career has been erased.
Apparently, Sheela was hoping that her glamour show would capture the hearts of the movie makers and she can bag more but thanks to Dasari's etching of her character and her portrayal, not many were impressed. Moreover, Dasari's statement revealing his temptation for Neha Dhupia removed whatever little scope of appreciation Sheela deserved. Having scored decent runs with films like 'Parugu', 'Maska', 'Adhurs', it is sad to see Sheela struggling like this.

Nandamuri fans stamped 'Head Strong' Man

Nandamuri fans stamped 'Head Strong' ManDasari proudly announced during audio launch of 'Parama Veera Chakra' that, he had completed the shooting of the film in just 70 days, with a star hero like Balakrishna. However, the result may not have changed even if he does it in 7 or 700 days, with his outdated treatment of 1980s.
Dasari is known for his long speeches on film making and many times went on to blame the actors and filmmakers for taking 1-2 years to make a film. Magadheera, which took 2 years to complete, shattered all the industry records and created a bench mark for future releases. From distributor-exhibitor and fans-common man, every one benefitted with the film. What about 'PVC', which took around 2 months? It has already been declared as the disaster of the year, leaving everyone in meseries from fans to buyers.
Wrapping up shooting within short span of time alone can't ensure success. It is the content in the film and treatment which will make a film success. Nandamuri fans has taught a lesson to 'Head Strong' Dasari atlast. Grow Up Dasari!

Parama Veera Chakra Review : Rating 2.5/5

Banner: Teja Cinema
Cast: Nandamuri Balakrishna, Amisha Patel, Sheela, Neha Dhupia, D. Ramanaidu, Brahmanandam, Roja Selvamani
Music: Mani Sharma
Cinematography: Ramana Raju
Editing: Goutam raju
Producer: C Kalyan
Director: Dasari Narayana Rao
Rating: 2.5/5
Parama Veera Chakra review – Parama Veera Chakra Telugu Movie review: Balakrishna is back again with Parama Veera Chakra after delivering a roaring hit like Simha in 2010. Being Dasari Narayana Rao’s 150th film Parama Veera Chakra raised many hopes among Nandamuri fans. Everyone expected it to be a historical hit like Bobbili Puli. Is it up to the expectations?

Story:
Chakradhar (Balakrishna) is a very busy film star who acts in various genres of films and under numerous directors at a time. He gets a film offer from military officials that narrate him the story of army major Jay Simha (Balakrishna duel role). Jay Simha is a sincere and honest army man who goes to any end for doing instant justice. As he locks horns with international terrorists and a corrupted minister Dadaji (Nagineedu) they try to assassinate Jay Simha’s character by showing that he has links with terrorists. Rajiya Sultana (Neha Dhupia) does this operation successfully and Jay Simha gets arrested. Then the terrorists attack Jay Simha’s family and also school kids at a time. In the process of saving school kids Jay Simha gets severely injured in a bomb blast. Everyone in Jay Simha’s family except his wife (Ameesha Patel) gets killed by the terrorists. Injured major goes into coma and these military officials come for Chakradhar’s help to prove Jay Simha’s innocence and patriotism to one and all. What Chakradhar does for that is the rest of the story.

Analysis:
This film is opened with Bobbili Puli climax scene, where Dasari Narayana Rao tried to link this subject to it. However, Parama Veera Chakra is not a sequel to it or another version of Bobbili Puli. The film started off on a weak note and looked like a stage play in most of the scenes. None of the scenes are connected properly and every scene that shows Balakrishna doing various roles didn’t get well. Dasari took audience for granted by just placing scene after scene without any purpose. The spoof of Robo done in a separate track is painful than the actual story. It has only added to audience woes.

The intro scenes of army character are poorly done. That role which had to be powerful shouldn’t have been introduced in the way they did in this film. Dasari is surely out of form and his taking is outdated. He tried to make up for his weaknesses with his dialogs but that didn’t help it much. First half of the film is unbearable on any level. Second half might seem better to few as the story unfolds in this part. Dasari Narayana Rao didn’t try to make this film to suit the tastes of this generation audience. He got stuck up in the 80s and Parama Veera Chakra is like a B grade masala movie made with three decade old filmmaking standards.
The execution is very bad that there is not even a single scene that looks worth the hype. This film is sure to sink at the box office within no time.
Performances:
Balakrishna excelled in the role of an army major. He is at his best in ferocious scenes. His getups as Ravana and Komaram Bheem will be a treat to his fans. Balakrishna shoulders this film throughout but the script hardly offer him any support.

Sheela is seen more in the comedy track than in the actual story. She did an Okay job. Ameesha Patel looked pale and dull. Neha Dhupia didn’t mind to flaunt her skin liberally. She has don a two piece bikini and also featured in a sizzling song.
Jayasudha and Murali Mohan are standard. Vijay Kumar’s performance and character are out fashioned. Nagineedu and other villains didn’t have much scope to do. Robo comedy track that is shot on Brahmanandam, Ali and Hema is cheap. There are number of noted actors in the film but none of them were used to their potential.
Technicalities:
Cinematography and Editing aren’t great. The camera angles and lenses used only prove that Dasari didn’t update himself in any department. Art work is pathetic. Music by Manisharma is another spoiler. None of the songs are either catchy or racy. His stale music will only harm his already sinking career. Dialogs by Dasari are good in parts. But the key factor that is missing in his dialogue is the subtlety.

Although there are number of villains on screen, Only Dasari excelled in his role, of course from behind the screen! He is still hanging in 80s and we can’t expect a decent film from him if he is reluctant to update himself.
Plus Points:
- Balakrishna’s performance
Minus points:
- Story
- Screenplay
- Songs
- Direction
- What not?
Final Word:
Parama Veera Chakra has very little scope to survive at the box office. It will only help for the case study to know how not to make a film.
Watch it at your own risk.

Gossip:NBK shocked with Dasari's cheap mind!

NBK shocked with Dasari's cheap mind!Dasari Narayana Rao touched the extremes of exhibiting his humiliating mindset by pulling Geeta Arts and Chiranjeevi into the row of 'Parama Veera Chakra' for the benefit of publicity few days left before the release. Balakrishna is a distinguished actor with self respect, ideal moral values and expect the same from others whom so ever he is working.
Although Balakrishna was blissful to work in the company of Dasari in the early stages of 'Parama Veera Chakra', he is known to have paralyzed by the entry of Natti Kumar into the scene with topic of release troubles for 'Parama Veera Chakra' rebuking Allu Aravind and Chiranjeevi. An upset Balakrishna is gossiped to have dialed Dasari to stop the drama for publicity as he enjoys good relations with Mega Star and family but shocked by the kind of cheap process Dasari is still continuing. Never the less Balakrishna fans have a thorough idea of happenings and are scratching their heads as why Dasari is playing this game with character of their Box Office Bonanza.

Sudden hype for Parama Veera Chakra!

Sudden hype for Parama Veera Chakra!balakrishna is always a favorite hero for BO blockbusters. Given the track record, balakrishna when ever delivers a hit, it is usually going to be of highest magnitude almost washing away all the records of course same valid for flops too. Few weeks back, the talk for ‘Parama Veera Chakra’ was at the lowest ebb and audiences were almost feared away by the name of Dasari Narayana Rao attached to it.
After the grand audio release with no where the presence of music director Mani Sharma is felt, there are some positive vibes in market for this movie. Watching Balayya in three to four getups and powerful dialogues from veteran Dasari, at least few are agreeing that ‘Parama Veera Chakra’ could offer a new beginning for Nandamuri heroes in 2011.
Given the duration of 74 days in which entire shooting of this movie is complete, producer C. Kalyan would be a happy person, if his Guruvu Dasari offers him a good hit. Let us see, how will these positive points work in favor of ‘Parama Veera Chakra’?

Audience feeling pity for Balakrishna

The very name of Dasari Narayana Rao is enough to create fears in the minds of audience. If he is coming with 150th movie, then fears normally tend to increase and same is happening with ‘Parama Veera Chakra’ which isn’t finding the important place in Sankranthi release.
Audience feeling pity for BalakrishnaIt is fundamental fact that big heroes wish to see their movies get released without any opposition and if it is during the festive season even though releases are many, sufficient space for every hero will be available. But, ‘Parama Veera Chakra’ of balakrishna seems to be no more considered as a big film by regular movie buffs and the reason is name of Dasari being associated. With chota heroes like Rana, Siddharth, Sumanth and Sunil getting ready for Sankranthi fight with ‘Nenu Naa Rakshasi, Anagana O Dheerudu, Golconda High School, Appalraju’ respectively is making the audience to feel pity for Balayya’s situation. By any luck, if ‘Parama Veera Chakra’ strikes the chord with audience all these chota heroes will be sucked off in Parama Tsunami.

Hot Anchor's satire on Dasari

Hot Anchor's satire on DasariThe other day, veteran director Dasari Narayana Rao fumed on top anchors for not behaving responsibly. Dasari stated that they are coming on-time to the location and are not even inquiring into the backgrounds of the guest they are going to talk about. The once upon a time top director quoted that these anchors are just working for money. Here comes the reaction from anchors for that.
A top anchor, under condition of anonymity stated that the event organizers finalize the show host only an hour before the actual program commences. Though it is a financial issue, they are doing their sexy best to run the show with oomph along with praising these age-old guests, she stated. Within that one hour, they are preparing very hard to know about the insights of that particular program along with the history of invitees. The anchor quipped about Dasari that he should understand the pulse of the audience before making films like 'Young India' as he advised them to know about guests before coming. Oh, that is a real satire on Dasari and shows the present day attitude of youth who strongly feel that only winners can give winning tips.

Balakrishna doing awesome business

Balakrishna doing awesome businessThis one would be sensational news for Nandamuri Fans. The hangover of super hit ‘Simha’ is unperturbed and Balakrishna is alone pulling on the business of ‘parama veera chakra’ in his non favorite Telangana zone. Yes, sources with in the industry say that distribution rights of ‘parama veera chakra’ for Nizam and Ceded zones have made Producer C. Kalyan to feel respite off. Why not, when the offer was for Rs.11 Crores in these two zones, highest ever and Balakrishna’s craze speaks all about.
Confident that names of Dasari, Amisha Patel, Neha Dhupia, Sheela couldn’t have done any trick unless we have big Balayya playing the dual role. ‘parama veera chakra’ is in final stages of completion and getting ready for release on January 12, as per C. Kalyan. Interesting to see, how will ‘parama veera chakra’ fare at BO?

Parama Veera Chakra Audio Release

Nandmuri Bala Krishna's Parama Veera Chakra has completed the talkie part. The post production works have already begun and the remaining songs shooting would start take place in Newzealand. Manisharma is composing the tunes. The audio will hit the stores on December 28th.
This is 150th directorial venture of Dasari Narayana Rao being produced by C Kalyan under Teja Films banner. Balakrishna is coming up with ‘Parama Veera Chakra’ after tasting a much deserved success through ‘Simha’. ‘Parama Veera Chakra’ that stars three glam dolls-Ameesha Patel, Sheela and Neha Dhupia opposite Balayya is all set to release for coming Sankranthi.

Parama Veera Chakra will be a 'Hat Trick'

Parama Veera Chakra will be a 'Hat Trick'For all the outsiders of Telugu film industry, here is the sweet jolt from Nandamuri Balakrishna. This highly reputed top most hero is known to have hiked the remuneration after the super hit run of Simha. Do you know about the remuneration Balakrishna charged prior to Simha? It is just 2 Crores, very less when evaluated either with young heroes or with his concurrent heroes like Chiranjeevi, Nagarjuna and Venkatesh.
It's a fact that, not a single film of Balakrishna exceeded a budget of Rs 25 crores, till his last release Simha. Most of his film films were made with a moderate budget of 12 to 17 crores. This is one reason, Balakrishna was never seen waiting for producers in his film career, instead producers waited for his nod, even during the time when he has suffered a sting of successive failures. With the fan base and following Balakrishna has, his films always did a decent business before the release and also at the box office irrespective of it's success or failure. All this helped his producers, distributors and exhibitors to come out with less loses, even if the film is a disaster. But, things are not gonna be same now!
An abrupt increase of Balakrishna's remuneration to 5 Crores for 'Parama Veera Chakra' and a fee of 5 Crores + One Rupee to Director Dasari are making producer C. Kalyan to spend sleepless nights. Simha was made on a budget of 15 to 17 Crores and got away with a decent hit talk to make 300% profits. In unlikely competition, C. Kalyan poured double the budget of Simha on Parama Veera Chakra. Tormented with heavy losses for Puli and Khaleja, producer C. Kalyan may get an unforgettable hat trick with Parama Veera Chakra, even if movie gets a divided talk. When we have Dasari Narayana Rao on board, expectations are apparently going to be zero.
