Muy buen grupo chileno, Mar de Robles posee un estilo musical propio y difícil de clasificar, pero que se acerca tangencialmente al Rock Progresivo, Avant Garde y todas sus variaciones.
Su música se caracteriza por ser un rock potente lleno de heterogéneos pasajes y quiebres instrumentales inspirados en el dinamismo geográfico de nuestra tierra, sumado a conceptos que buscan rescatar las tradiciones populares chilenas, intentando ser un aporte real en nuestra constante evolución. Muy recomendable este primer album de Mar de Robles.

LA MANO AJENA (2005)

Excelente grupo chileno .Su rasgo llamativo cuando lo escucha por primera vez es la elección del estilo. En este disco hay tres canciones tradicionales de la música klezmer (del yiddish klei zemer: instrumentos musicales) o música tradicional judía, originaria de Europa central y del este y desplegada desde ahí al mundo. Y basta escuchar una de ellas, "Ashrenu", para entrar a una instantánea fiesta con gente bailando de la mano entre fanfarrias. Musica que fusiona varios estilos y por sobretodo muy alegre
